Term and Conditions:

  1. Reservation must be made in advance: Customers must book their table at least 24 hours prior to their desired time slot to ensure availability.

  2. Maximum party size: The cafe may have a maximum party size limit to ensure that tables are not overcrowded and that all customers have an enjoyable experience.

  3. Cancellation policy: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before their scheduled time slot, otherwise, they may be charged a fee or be blacklisted from making future reservations.

  4. No-show policy: If a customer fails to show up for their reservation, they may be charged a fee or be blacklisted from making future reservations.

  5. Payment policy: Customers may be required to make a deposit or per-payment when booking their table to secure their reservation if booking is more then 10 people.

  6. Special requests: Customers may make special requests, such as a high chair or a table with a view, but these requests cannot be guaranteed.

  7. Contact information: Customers must provide their full name, contact information, and a valid email address when booking their table. This information may be used to send confirmation and reminder emails, as well as to notify customers of any changes or updates.

  8. All Online orders, Customers have check the timings before they order any food

  9. Menu items may be changed or not available due to short stock in market

  10. All Special Vouchers : Customers have to inform before placed the order otherwise no special discount will be given
